I see we're allowed to apply for two characters per cycle, but can only reserve one? I've actually got both apps written up already, so... D: What if someone slips in and puts in a reserve even though I'm all ready to post it?
Secondly, What is the official day of apps opening? I know they open a week after reserves open. |D I just don't know when that happened.
