Menolly can come in to the game as wounded, and will be healed by Yubaba so she can work (but at a price). As for her incorrectly healed hand, if you wish for her to keep it that way, it is up to your discretion, but if you wish for it to also be healed, Yubaba can (or someone else within the bathhouse).
As for her pets/animal familiars, upon signing the contract, they will be sent to the barn near where the pigs are kept, and will be attended to by the farmers. Characters will be allowed to visit their pets/familiars when they have free time. If they wish, they can try to bring them into the bathhouse, but if Yubaba finds them, there will be repercussions rather than them being sent to the farm immediately.
If Beauty is in the bathhouse, then she can only teleport within the bathhouse or the town around it. If Yubaba finds it useful then Beauty will be put to work as well.
